INGREDIENTS
1C. Peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 C.brown sugar
1/2 C. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 C. all purpose flour
1 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
SOFT PEANUT BUTTER
I love peanut butter cookies, but I could do without
the crunch & crumbs!
That's why I came up with this soft cookie recipe.
preheat oven to 350*F
In a large bowl combine first 7 ingredients, mix well-
in smaller bowl mix together dry ingredients...
Add to larger bowl & stir together until well blended.
Take about 2 Tablespoonfuls ea. & roll into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten a bit with spatula.
Bake for 9-10 minutes ( depending on your oven's heat )
Remove from cookie sheet immediately, and transfer to cooling rack or foil.   
Cover your cooled cookies with plastic wrap, and they'll stay soft, fresh & tasty for days!
