INGREDIENTS
3 lbs. lean  hamburg
3  26 oz. jars of pasta sauce (brand of your choice)
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
2 medium sized white onions
1 12 oz. can of kidney beans (drained)
2 small cans of mushroom pieces & stems (drained)
2 Tblsp. sugar
PAPA'S PARTY DYNAMITE
This is something that my husband whips
up for parties (hence the name)
and family picnics, church functions etc.
What I find truly amazing about it is that
children absolutely love this!
Even all by itself
in a cup with a spoon, or on a hot dog,
or just on the roll!
They devour this stuff...
But I'm gonna tell you what to do with any left-
 overs that you might have anyway.
Simple really,  just add another jar of sauce and pour over pasta - serve with garlic bread & side salad.

Brown the ground beef,
 ( make sure to cook it thoroughly)
drain if necessary.
Coarsely chop peppers and onion,
and sauté them with the hamburg for
a minute or so.
Place into 4 1/2 qt. crockpot ( or lrgr.)
Add sauce and drained mushroom pieces,
then add sugar.
You can store it in the crock in the fridge
for a day or so and a few hours
 before everyone's ready to eat,
 put the crock pot on low.
