MAMA'S MACARONI SALAD
My mom used to make this when I was
a little girl, So as a tribute to her
I've typed the recipe up in purple...
( her favorite color)
I did modify it a bit though -
she used to use peas,
and I've replaced those with cucumber slices.

Boil & drain macaroni,
and rinse with cold water until noodles
are cooled.
Place macaroni into a large bowl.

Peel cukes and slice once lengthwise,
then slice lengths into 1/4" chunks.
Coarsely chop tomatoes in the same manner.
add the cukes & tomatoes to the noodles,
along with the drained tuna.
In a small bowl,
add the water and spices to the Mayo,
and mix well with fork or wire whisk.
Add Mayo mix to macaroni and blend everything together.
