INGREDIENTS
1 C. water
1/2 C. margarine
1 C. all purpose flour
4 eggs

CREAM PUFFS
preheat oven to 400*F
In a 2 qt. sauce pan ( or larger )
Bring water & margarine to a rolling boil.
Stir in flour and reduce heat.
continue stirring vigorously over low heat
about one minute, until mixture forms a ball.
 beat in eggs quickly one after the other until
mixture is smooth.
Drop 1/4 C. fulls of dough onto ungreased
cookie sheet, and bake for about 35 minutes,
until puffed & golden brown.
Cool puffs away from drafts, cut in half,
pull out any loose filaments & fill with
Dust lightly with powdered sugar,
cover loosely with plastic wrap and store in fridge.
